Frequently asked questions
How long does a manufacturing ERP implementation take?
A typical job-shop or process manufacturer goes live in 3 to 5 months: 3 to 4 weeks of discovery and design, then weekly builds you test on a staging server, then a rehearsed migration and go-live weekend.
Can you migrate data from our existing system or spreadsheets?
Yes. We load customers, vendors, items, opening stock and opening balances with re-runnable scripts and reconcile trial balance, stock and aging to the old system before cut-over.
Does the ERP include accounts and GST invoicing?
Yes. It has real double-entry accounts, multi-currency ledgers, GST-ready invoicing, statements and aging, so you do not need a separate accounting package.
Do we own the source code?
Yes. The source code and the SQL Server database are yours. There is no per-user licence and you can host it on your own server or ours.
